NEW DELHI: 9 states across the country in the 21 educational institutions, universities, as has been falsely in the name of University Grants Commission (UGC) said. Students, parents and the public interest UGC has released the names of the 21 fake universities. The universities, students qualifying for the pattamalikka specifically said that the UGC.
